Exchange rules

These rules describe how an order is created and what counts as consent. They do not replace the law of your country.

The order

An order exists when you have chosen a pair, an amount, details, and consent.

The calculation on the confirmation screen is the condition of that order: rate, service fee, and network estimate.

You are responsible for the address, network, card, and recipient name.

A transfer on another network, or a missing memo where one is required, is not returned automatically.

The payment window is 30 minutes. The order then expires if payment is not marked.

A completed order is not cancelled. Before the paid status, you may let it expire.

Until a payment gateway is connected, the payment screen does not show live treasury details.

Do not send real funds against a demonstration order number.
